PT PLN (Persero) Pusat has launched "PLN Mobile", a mobile application that offers a variety of services to its customers. The application allows users to buy electricity tokens, pay bills, report meter readings, file complaints, apply for new installations, and add power easily. "PLN Mobile" also provides notifications about blackouts and when the electricity is back on. Users can pay bills directly from the application using bank Virtual Accounts, digital wallets, or credit card services. The application also provides exclusive and cheaper tokens. With the Auto Dispatch feature, complaints are sent directly to the nearest technical officer. Other services such as internet installation (ICONNET), electricity repair (ElectricQu), and SPKLU (Charge.In) are also available.
