With this new version, customers can now choose from four fixed-priced package options based on size, irrespective of weight. Some of the new features include AWB creation, payment for outbound, payment history, Cargus Community, and QR code. Altex Romania is also offering instant triumph vouchers and a lucky draw for smartphones to the first 500 senders and all senders between May 18 and June 16.
The app offers an all-in-one delivery management system that lets customers track and manage their deliveries in one place. It also provides access to the nearest Cargus Ship & Travel Point for parcel drop-off or collection, with customization options for delivery time and location. Other features include tracking of deliveries in transit, personalized notifications, and access to Cargus Contact Center for support.
