1. Supports DICOM files (uncompressed, compressed, and J2K compressed) using GDCM.
2. Allows for 2D/3D multi-plane reconstruction.
3. Has a full-featured 2D render engine with various functions, such as gray scale, color look-up table, maximum/minimum intensity projection, and mean value. It can display images in Transverse, Sagittal, Coronal, and Oblique views.
4. Has a full-featured 3D render engine with various functions, such as volume rendering, ray casting, iso surface, solid shading for above 3 render types, and X-Ray simulation.
5. Includes tissue segmentation and display.
6. Allows for free slicing for both 2D and 3D views.
7. Can generate 3D printing mesh.
8. Supports loading from cloud storage via Android storage access framework (for KitKat-API 19 and above only).
