Players must use their limited resources, including battery, flashlight, and shocker, to survive endless attacks from hostile animatronics wherever they go. The match features location-based matchplay and audio-visual attack sequences designed for each animatronic. Players can also collect spare parts and accessories to update their own animatronic, and send them to attack other participants and climb the leaderboard.
FNAF AR: Special Delivery is free to download and play, but offers some in-match items for purchase with real money. The match requires a data connection and is best played with headphones.
