"The ID Factory" allows customers to access real-time traceability information about their supplies, including details such as PO number, lot batch number, delivery information, quality inspections and dates, and more. By simply logging in and scanning the product supply code through the app, authorized users can view this information. Unauthorized users can still access the code structure of the traceability report but will not see any actual information.
