The Pension Fund mobile application offers convenient access to electronic services for insured persons, pensioners, and other categories. Users can view information from the Insured Persons Register, E-Pension Business, and the status of appeals to the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The app also provides access to the Electronic Disability Sheet Register and aims to improve the quality of service delivery. In the future, users will be able to apply for ePensions, change information parameters, record admission, and submit requests for disability insurer emails. To use the app, users need a Qualified Electronic Signature Key or pre-registration on the PFU Web Portal. The app is currently available in a trial version, and users can send feedback to mobile.pfu@pfu.gov.ua.
