This is a brief article about a free virtual matchpad and keyboard designed for use with Android devices. It emulates a simple D-Dpad directional keys/cursor keyboard keys, and four or six separate buttons. It is designed for use with PerformsBox Turbo, but works with other Android emulators, OnDwell, SplashTop, and any Android match/app that can use a keyboard. The matchpad features a true 8-way or emulated 8-way directional pad, custom mappable 8-way DPad, 4 or 6 extra mappable buttons + directional pad, ESC and function keys (F1-F12), and multi-touch capability. It uses standard Android input method and is configurable with swipe gestures. To use, enable "Game Pad" in the Android settings-keyboards section and choose "Game Pad" as the input method. If the match/app does not support using standard Android input method, enable "Permanent Notification" in the settings menu.
