This app measures CPU performance over time to detect throttling, which occurs when a phone can't handle CPU cooling. It does this by loading the CPU with up to 100 threads and measuring performance, displaying it on a graph and analyzing the data for CPU throttling. The app also has a built-in benchmark for testing single and multi-threaded performance, as well as a CPU monitor for tracking core clock, temperature, and usage. With Android 8 and newer, CPU utilization tracking is disabled. This app can also be used to compare the cooling differences between phones with the same chipset but different manufacturers.
